Beware of CSS MICROSYS

                                                                     I am submitting a true(bitter) experience of the NUMAK Automobile Projector  Headlight Kit supplied by CSS MICROSYS,Kochi who has a branch division in Dubai also.Seeing the advt of this kit by CSS Microsys in leading papers claiming of German Technology and failproof performance I purchased this kit from their Kochi  office  by paying Rs.15000/-and got it fitted in my new WagonR during September,2009.At that instant itself I knew that I got spoofed when saw  the labels ‘Made in China’ in every part of this kit instead of the advt of CSS Microsys specifying German Technology.I knew it is vain to seek clarification regarding this since they have their own clarifications to seal my mouth.So I succumbed to my fate hoping that this will have a good performance at least eventhough double the existing price was levied from me by CSS Microsys.On verifying  in internet(ebay etc) I saw the same product costing about $160.00USD(Rs.8000.00 apprx) including shipping and one year warranty.But my hope of trouble free performance and availability of instant service also proved to be wrong soon.After 2 weeks from the installation the left Angel eye stopped working.When I lodged complaint of this they placed order for the replacement Choke to the company in China and got it replaced after 3 months.Immediately after that the DIM and Bright mechanism of the left light ceased functioning.On reporting this to CSS MIcrosys,they informed that order for the replacement part (Relay)has been placed to the company in China and it will take one and half months to reach it here.But it didn’t come within that period,instead came only after 3 months!And when it came it was not the one which I had originally.Hence again fresh order was placed and the  suitable part(not the original one this time also)was got yet after another 3 months.When this defect was got cleared the right angel eye ceased functioning.Again I reported this to CSS Microsys.Now they argued that the warranty period is already over and they are not bound to any more service.To this I disputed saying that from the date of installation the unit did not function fully and they  failed to rectify the defects when I reported in time.After much correspondance they gave me a replacement bulb(this time also not the original one) in lieu of the damaged one.This I had to get it fitted in the Dom by an expert  technician at my own cost since  some modifications were needed as it was not the original one.Thus I was running with the bulbs with 2 luminous intensities for a week.But soon afterwards the  angel eye and DIM & Bright mechanism of the left light ceased functioning.This time also I reported to CSS Microsys for the getting the replacement part and I offered to pay the cost of the part.On hearing my willingness for payment  they agreed to place the order and instructed me to deposit Rs.800.00 in their account which I did accordingly.After 2 months the replacement part came but it no longer suited my kit ,could not be connected even.Hence they offered me to place another order and requested me to wait further.I waited for more than 6 months and getting frustrated  requested them to return the cost I deposited for the part.To this they replied that since much time has been elapsed since they supplied the part  first time which I did not return instantly they are not bound to return my money! The MD of the firm scolded me calling greedy dog!!Thus I got cheated again and again by this unscrupulous firm.Understanding that no humanity or  reasonness  remains in them and no gentleman can have dealings with them I threw away all their kit from my car .Now already two and half years were elapsed since the purchase and the kit did not function fully  even for a month.I bought and fitted another kit(this time original Chinese one at a price of Rs.8000.00) and it is now functioning fully without any trouble for the last 5 months.And the new dealer is always ready to render quick and satisfactory service any time within the warranty period of one year.This means that Chinese products are also good provided they are from qualified companies unlike the ones purchased by CSS MICROSY S from the street vendors in China (just like our footpath vendors) at incredibly cheap cost.So ,dear friends,beware of the whole(Automobile and Computer) products offered by CSS MICROSYS.Keep safer distance from them!They will cheat you  with cheapest Chinese street products and also will scold you,particularly their MD,when lodged complaints!!So be guarded yourselves!!!  

installing wordnet

I want to install english wordnet in my Motorola Milestone 2.1 Update 1.What is the procedure for it?I have installed already Color Dict to use in conjunction with wordnet.Anybody may please help.
